Our employment-based immigration practice involves primarily representing domestic employers hiring overseas workers through the EB-3 or PERM process, primarily in blue collar and entry-level positions via the “Other Workers” category. We also manage standard business immigration matters, such as H-1b’s and the like, for our employer clients.
Mr. Ruby also has extensive experience in the EB-5 program, having represented hundreds of investors and scores of developers in recent years. He was among the first attorneys to file regional center and project applications to USCIS and get them approved in the wake of the new EB-5 program rules implemented in recent years.
