Mr. Ruby also has extensive experience in the EB-5 program, having represented hundreds of investors and scores of developers in recent years. He was among the first attorneys to file regional center and project applications to USCIS in the wake of the new EB-5 program rules implemented in 2022.
Ruby Law Group’s overseas entrepreneurs practice involves mainly the L-1a and E-2 categories.
